Blocking
Carolina Panthers two man stunt drill: Offensive Line · USA Football
What it is
Panthers drill teaching guards and tackles to handle two-man stunts in pass protection—a specific coordination problem most OL drills skip.
Why it's great
Most pass-pro instruction focuses on individual sets; this addresses the communication and hand-off technique when DL cross-face. It's an NFL drill scaled for any level, teaching adjacent linemen to recognize, call, and physically exchange rushers without creating a seam.
How to use it in practice
Run this as part of your pass-pro progression once linemen can execute basic sets. Set up a guard and tackle vs. two rushers running a twist. Coach the call (usually the guard), the inside hand punch to re-route, and the tackle's flat set to receive the looper. Start at half speed to get the exchange clean, then build to live reps.
